No Equipment Needed Booty Workout

There are days when we just don't have enough time in the day to go to the gym. Between school, work, daily chores, etc it can be difficult. Don't even get me started on how packed the gyms can get around 5pm! If you only have 30 minutes to get a workout in, half of that time will be lost trying to wait for a machine. So instead of wasting time with a half a** workout why not get in a really good one at home?

I've put together a really effective workout that will leave your booty sore for days. I do these moves with my clients and they always text me the next day saying they hate me because they can't even sit lol!  Lucky for you all I am sharing these must-do booty moves today on the blog. 

Do each movement for 1 minute. To make it intermediate repeat 2x and advanced 3x.
