Workouts You can do Without a Gym

It is possible to get fit without a gym!

Sometimes the gym isn’t for everybody and that is ok. Keep in mind that you won’t get jacked and super muscular but you can get fit. What do I mean by fit? Your cardiovascular health will improve and you will lose weight.

I understand that gyms get expensive and sometimes there just isn't enough time for the gym. However, you still want to get in a workout and don’t have much time. You can absolutely get fit using these tips:

  1. Take the stairs.

  2. Walk when possible.

  3. Invest in some equipment such as: bands, mat, exercise ball, dumbbells.

  4. Turn housework chores into a workout. I’ve got a video that shows you how to here: Real Housewives of Fitness

  5. Body Weight Exercises.
