Pumpkin season is here, which means school is back! So bring on the traffic and the chaos. With all the extracurricular activities from school, studying and homework, we can tend to forget about exercise.

Luckily for you in order to get in a good workout, it doesn’t have to take you all day. You can actually get in a great workout in the morning before you start your day, and you will be in a better mood, more energetic and make healthier choices.

Here is a quick full-body workout you can do every day. All you need is some dumbbells and a mat.

  • Each week you can increase the amount of sets you do. So the first week you will do 1  set of each, the second week 2 sets of each, etc.


  1. Leg Lifts: 1x15 each side
