No Gym, No Problem

We’ve been how many days into quarantine? Who knows when we will be able to go back to the gym.

I know this may cause a lot of stress and anxiety for some. However, you don’t need to fear that all your progress has been or will be lost. You may lose a couple of pounds of lean body mass but the good thing is there is muscle memory, so when you do go back to the gym you can gain it all back.

If you reading this, then your probably very frustrated with yourself because you want to workout but you can't seem to find the time. Your time is accounted for and those 30 minutes driving to and from the gym, plus an hour there, is just too much. Perhaps your a new mommy and you don't have anyone to take care of the baby; even though the gym has babysitting but you just don't trust it;  I feel you girl. Or your boss really hates you and has you working after hours. Or maybe you just don't like the vibe at the gym and all the sweaty germs just grosses you out. I completely understand
