1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Pepper (1/2 tsp. if you like it spicy)
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne (optional)
4 Swai Fillets ( or any other fish)
Olive Oil Spray
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil Butter Flavor
In a small bowl combine all the spices.
Spray fillets with a generous amount of the olive oil spray
Coat the fillets generously with spices, Make sure to press spices into the fish.
Heat Skillet with the coconut oil. Place seasoned fish in the skillet and cook for- 5 minutes each side.
