Air Fried Onion Rings
1 sweet onion
1/3 cup panko crumbs
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 egg whites
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix the milk with the egg whites in a separate bowl.
Peel the onion and slice it and then separate it into rings.
Place each ring into the milk solution for a few seconds and then roll it into the spices. Place in air fryer.
Spray the onion rings with PAM and turn on Air Fryer.
Fry at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
