Crack Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
hole Rotisserie Chicken
4 slices of cooked turkey bacon, diced {or you can use pre-made Turkey Bacon Bits}
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 cup cottage cheese, 4% fat
1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Mix cooked shredded chicken with the “crack” sauce in a hot skillet, until cheese is melted.
Serve!
