Crack Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • hole Rotisserie Chicken

  • 4 slices of cooked turkey bacon, diced {or you can use pre-made Turkey Bacon Bits}

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, 4% fat

  • 1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a blender.  Blend until smooth.

  2. Mix cooked shredded chicken with the “crack” sauce in a hot skillet, until cheese is melted.

  3. Serve!
