BBQ Chicken Flatbread



  • Joseph’s Lavash Wrap

  • 30g Part Skim Mozzarella

  • 15g BBQ Sauce(Stubbs is a good low carb option)

  • 15g Vidalia Onions

  • 30g Pears

  • 50g Fat Free Cottage Cheese

  • 30g Chicken

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place wrap on cooking sheet and spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt.

  3. Cut onions. Cook on medium/low heat for 20-30 minutes until caramelized. You can spray with cooking spray and sea salt.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and garlic.

  5. Spread the mix on the wrap.

  6. Cut pears and place on top along with chicken, onions and cheese.

  7. Drizzle with BBQ sauce.

  8. Bake for 8 minutes or until edges are burned.

  9. Can add spinach on top if desired
