Protein No Bake Cookies



  • 3/4 cup Coconut Flor

  • 2 cups Nut Butter ( of your choose, I used Peanut Butter)

  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Syrup

  • 1-2 Tbsp Chocolate Sprinkles

  • 1 scoop AMPD Vanilla Protein


  1. Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except sprinkles. Mix until well combined. (You may need to add a bit more liquid such as water or cashew milk if batter is too thick, or more flour if too thin).

  3. Using your hands, form balls with dough and place on parchment paper, Press down into a cookie shape. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
