Pumpkin Protein Muffin



  1. Follow the directions of the Muffin Mix.

  2. Add 2 scoops of protein powder + a bit more water

  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix in lightly.

  4. Get a 12 muffin pan & coat lightly with PAM.

  5. Bake as directed.

  6. Enjoy for breakfast with coffee or as a healthy snack.
