  • DB Bent Over Row: 5x8

  • Band Pull-Aparts: 5x8

  • DB Hammer Curls: 5x8

  • Band Biccep Curl: 5x8

Wednesday(11/25/20): MY BIRTHDAY WORKOUT + 30’ Cardio

  • Modified Leg Extension: 5x8

  • DB Bent Knee RDL: 5x8

  • DB Glute Bridge: 5x8

  • Band Row: 5x8

  • DB Laterals: 5x8

Thursday(11/26/20): THANKSGIVING CHALLENGE

Friday (11/27/20): Chest, Back & Tricep + 30’ Cardio

  • Floor DB Chest Press: 5x8

  • Floor DB Chest Fly:5x8

  • Band Pulldown: 5x8

  • Band Pullovers: 5x8

  • DB Kickback: 5x8

Saturday (11/28/20): Active Rest day (Walk your dogs, play tennis, roller blade)

Sunday(11/29/20): Rest Day
