Valentine’s Protein Cake Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 Eat Me Guilt Free Cake (I used the birthday cake)- USE CODE: MONIKA10

  • 1/3 Light & Fit Greek Non Fat Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup White chocolate

  • Sprinkles

Directions:

  • Crumble the Eat Me Guilt Free Cake.

  • Mix in the Yogurt.

  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until melted.

  • Make small balls from the cake and yogurt mix. (Makes about 3-4 balls)

  • Roll the balls into the melted chocoalte and sprinkle any decor before chocolate hardens.

  • Once all balls have been covered and decorated, place in freezer for about 5 minutes to harden.

  • Enjoy with your Valentine :)

(Can be made into cake pops by putting the stick in before chcolate hardens)
