Valentine’s Protein Cake Balls
Ingredients:
1 Eat Me Guilt Free Cake (I used the birthday cake)- USE CODE: MONIKA10
1/3 Light & Fit Greek Non Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 Cup White chocolate
Sprinkles
Directions:
Crumble the Eat Me Guilt Free Cake.
Mix in the Yogurt.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until melted.
Make small balls from the cake and yogurt mix. (Makes about 3-4 balls)
Roll the balls into the melted chocoalte and sprinkle any decor before chocolate hardens.
Once all balls have been covered and decorated, place in freezer for about 5 minutes to harden.
Enjoy with your Valentine :)
(Can be made into cake pops by putting the stick in before chcolate hardens)
