Here is this week’s workout routine: Since Monday is a holiday you can take it off and just push everything back a day.

Monday (11/30/20): Lower Body + Abs

  • Weighted Glute Bridge: 3x10

  • Barbell Pause Squat: 3x8

  • Leg Curl: 3x10

  • Leg Extension: 3x10

  • Standing Calf Raise: 3x10

  • Ab Leg Raise: 3x20 Super Set Crunch on Ball: 3x20

Tuesday(12/01/20): Upper

  • DB OHP: 3X10

  • Single Arm DB Row: 3x10

  • Cable Flies: 3x10

  • DB Lateral Raise: 3x10

  • Pulldown: 3x10 Super Set Cable Row: 3x10

Wednesday(12/02/20): Lower

  • DB Goblet Squat: 3x8

  • DB RDL: 3X8

  • Hyperextension: 3x10

  • Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Split Lunge: 3x 8 ea. leg

  • Cable Pull Through: 3x10

  • Cable Crunch: 3x15

Thursday(12/03/20): Upper

  • DB Bicep Curl: 3x10

  • DB Front Raise: 3x10 Super Set DB Tricep Extension: 3x10

  • Cable Rear Fly: 3x10

  • Pike Push-Up: 3x10

Friday (12/04/20): Take your favorite Group Fitness class!

Saturday (12/05/20): Active Rest day (Walk your dogs, play tennis, roller blade)

Sunday(12/06/20): Rest Day
