DB OHP: 3X10
Single Arm DB Row: 3x10
Cable Flies: 3x10
DB Lateral Raise: 3x10
Pulldown: 3x10 Super Set Cable Row: 3x10
Wednesday(12/02/20): Lower
DB Goblet Squat: 3x8
DB RDL: 3X8
Hyperextension: 3x10
Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Split Lunge: 3x 8 ea. leg
Cable Pull Through: 3x10
Cable Crunch: 3x15
Thursday(12/03/20): Upper
DB Bicep Curl: 3x10
DB Front Raise: 3x10 Super Set DB Tricep Extension: 3x10
Cable Rear Fly: 3x10
Pike Push-Up: 3x10
Friday (12/04/20): Take your favorite Group Fitness class!
Saturday (12/05/20): Active Rest day (Walk your dogs, play tennis, roller blade)
