Monday (12/07/20): Lower Body + Abs

  • Weighted Glute Bridge: 4x10

  • Barbell Pause Squat: 4x8

  • Leg Curl: 4x10

  • Leg Extension: 4x10

  • Standing Calf Raise: 4x10

  • Ab Leg Raise: 4x20 Super Set Crunch on Ball: 4x20

Tuesday(12/08/20): Upper

  • DB OHP: 4X10

  • Single Arm DB Row: 4x10

  • Cable Flies: 4x10

  • DB Lateral Raise: 4x10

  • Pulldown: 4x10 Super Set Cable Row: 4x10

Wednesday(12/09/20): Lower

  • DB Goblet Squat: 4x8

  • DB RDL: 4X8

  • Hyperextension: 4x10

  • Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Split Lunge: 4x 8 ea. leg

  • Cable Pull Through: 4x10

  • Cable Crunch: 4x15

Thursday(12/10/20): Upper

  • DB Bicep Curl: 4x10

  • DB Front Raise: 4x10 Super Set DB Tricep Extension: 4x10

  • Cable Rear Fly: 4x10

  • Pike Push-Up: 4x10

Friday (12/11/20): Take your favorite Group Fitness class!

Saturday (12/12/20): Active Rest day (Walk your dogs, play tennis, roller blade)

Sunday(12/13/20): Rest Day
