DB OHP: 4X10
Single Arm DB Row: 4x10
Cable Flies: 4x10
DB Lateral Raise: 4x10
Pulldown: 4x10 Super Set Cable Row: 4x10
Wednesday(12/09/20): Lower
DB Goblet Squat: 4x8
DB RDL: 4X8
Hyperextension: 4x10
Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Split Lunge: 4x 8 ea. leg
Cable Pull Through: 4x10
Cable Crunch: 4x15
Thursday(12/10/20): Upper
DB Bicep Curl: 4x10
DB Front Raise: 4x10 Super Set DB Tricep Extension: 4x10
