What Should I Eat?

I get asked on a daily basis, “What should I eat”? There are certain foods that are pretty obvious, like vegetables. Yes, everyone knows that vegeatbles are good for you and you should eat them. But what about other foods that are not that easy to determine? This is where evryone gets confused and caught up on all the marketing garbage the fitness industry tries to get consumers to believe.

There has always been this conception of food being “bad” or “good”. I’m sure you’ve thought to yourself ⁣
- cheese is bad, I can’t eat it ⁣
- Which potato is better sweet or white? ⁣
- White rice is the devil ⁣

All these thoughts cause an unhealthy relationship between you and food. So what does this do? You start all these diet fads that get you know where. Instead learn to view food as fuel and focus on what you should be eating more of bc it’s good for you! Change that mindset! ⁣
