How to Push Through When You Have No Motivation

Everybody goes through times that they have little to NO motivation. I don’t care if your Steve Cook, Olivia Culpo, or Jennifer Lopez; it happens. Motivation is not something that we can rely on in order to get us to workout. On the contrary, it is probably the thing that we will eventually lose and make us give up. However, there are a couple other things that will get you to go to the gym even when the couch is calling.
